Using Australia Post TSLwebsite can ship goods globally! Our shipping rates are calculated according to the weight and size of items ordered and shipping destination.

Shipping fees are calculated at "checkout" and will be specified each time you place an order on our site. These will be included in your total transaction cost.

An additional fee will be charged to international customers who wish to insure their parcel, TSL recommend all parcels to be insured as there is no guarantee that the package will make it to the designated destination. TSL take no responsibility for any parcel lost & not insured, customers send at their own risk. Australian parcel's are insured as part of Australia post's guarantee to deliver parcels within Australia.

We use Australia Post's registered parcel service for Australia and International destinations. This means that your parcel will be delivered to the address you have specified in your order.

Upon delivery within Australia you will need to sign for your parcel. If there is no one at the specified location at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your letterbox advising you of your order's arrival and your parcel(s) will be taken to your local post office for you to collect.

Upon placing an order you will receive an immediate order confirmation.

TSL endeavours to fulfil all orders within one business day. However, we ask you to allow 1-4 business days for us to fulfil your order.

Once your order has been fulfilled:

• Deliveries within Australia take on average 3-5 business days.
  
• International orders are sent via "Airmail". On average International orders take 10 - 20 business days.
   
• Orders may take longer due to public holidays, customs or other unforseen circumstances.

When we fulfill your order you will receive a second email informing you your goods have been shipped. At this stage your payment will be processed.

Payment for goods not currently in stock will not be processed. We may phone or email you if we have any questions or information for you related to your purchase
