For any item purchased via this website, we are happy to exchange or credit you (provide you with a gift voucher) less the cost of shipping. For any item you wish to return you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to TSLwebsite.

If any item is faulty you are eligible for a refund. In these circumstances, TSLwebsite will also refund the return shipping costs to have the item(s) returned. TSLwebsite will also pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of a TSLwebsite error.

If you would like to return, exchange, or refund an item it must be returned to TSLwebsite in its original condition including its packaging within 10 days of receipt. Clothing items must not have been worn or damaged and the swing tags must still be attached.

Due to Health Regulations, we are not able to exchange underwear or swimwear.

To make the process quicker, please provide us with the following details:

• Your order number - located on your order receipt
• Description of the item and reason for the return
• Specify whether you are requesting an exchange, credit note of refund.
• Your daytime phone number and your email address

If you have requested a replacement/exchange of the item and we are unable to fulfill your request, a member of our website team will contact you via phone or email.

"TSL and TSLwebsite have a large amount of stock with a high turnover. Due to this, we are reliant on our suppliers for continuous replenishment. Although we attempt to dispatch within one business day, this means at times, there may be a short delay as we wait to get the product you have purchased. We always notify you via email or phone should the delay exceed 4 business days.

On the rare occasions when a product we have displayed on TSLwebsite as available is sold out or suddenly discontinued, we let you know by email or phone and provide you with the opportunity to select an alternative product, or to cancel the order. Should you choose an alternate product, a member of our team will ask for your details again so they can process your order."

You are able to cancel an order at any time before your order has been shipped to you. If you have not submitted your payment details on TSLwebsite, simply click ?empty cart?. If you have already paid for your order you can cancel by contacting our website fulfillment team on + 61 3 9521 6655.

We can only cancel orders that have not been shipped. Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days. If you have submitted an order in error or changed your mind after your order has been shipped, we do accept returns. For more information see our refunds policy.
